Our staff collectively brings more than 40 years of collegiate coaching experience to the table, along with more than 20 years of camp directing experience. We have coached collegiate champions and record holders, and have used our knowledge to refine and create a unique learning environment that focuses on stroke and skill development combined with training and racing skill implementation.

Ben Delia, Camp Director
Now in his fifth year at the helm of the Franklin & Marshall program, Coach Delia’s swimmers have enjoyed much success. Since Ben’s arrival in Lancaster, Diplomat swimmers have earned 45 All-Conference selections, broken 35 school records, achieved 39 NCAA B-Cut performances, and won 17 conference gold medals. F&M has also produced 8 top-3 team finishes, 7 conference record performances, and 3 All-American performances.
T.J. Davis, Lead Instructor
Coach Davis is now in his 14th season as the head coach at Hamilton College, and his 20th season as a collegiate head coach. As a head Coach, Davis has guided swimmers to 63 All-American performances, including 3 athletes who have combined for 5 NCAA Division III national championships. On the team level, Coach Davis has guided 11 squads to top-20 finishes at the NCAA Championships
Thomas Eickelberg, Lead Instructor
Coach Eickelberg has coached at 3 institutions in his 5-year collegiate coaching career, including his SUNY Cortland, his alma mater of Adelphi University, and now Franklin & Marshall. During his time at Cortland, his student-athletes won a team championship in 2014, swept the men’s relays at the SUNYAC Championships in 2015, and a total of 10 athletes qualified for the NCAA Championships across three seasons.
